The elegant, three-home luxury estate received a colour palette unique to each home with themes that complimented each family’s individual taste and style. Contrast and distinction was achieved by combining sleek, SENO high gloss solid and metallic finishes with vintage, wood grains providing texture and warmth.

The overall flow of design rooted from the kitchens which acted as the key theme and emanated to the entertainment centres, study desks and pyjama lounges. Hettich Innotech soft-closing drawers, open floating shelves and storage units with dimension and levels within the structures added interest.

Handle-less opening allowed for the modern appeal to truly shine throughout and with built-in Smeg appliances .

Not only did this project provide a healthy, out-of-the-norm design challenge but it did prove that one need not spend a fortune awe-inspiring designs.
